Dan Gillmor is probably right to worry about a California housing bubble. But this chart aims for a broader perspective. Looks like a house could be a good buy in Augusta, Memphis, or El Paso. The Raleigh area is designated "fair value," but we don't get a fine-grained approach that would separate Chapel Hill from Durham from Cary.
