Completely unaffordable housing

If you're like me, you've probably never thought much about the houses where your favorite old sit-coms took place. But that's OK, because someone has. For two decades Mark Bennett has been working out on draft paper, with detail and precision, the floor plans of some of his favorite imagined spaces: Wilbur and Carol Post's rural estate; the Cleaver family's two-story traditional; the Clampett mansion; Mary Richards' single girl apartment; Felix and Oscar's bachelor pad.

Note that although the Cleaver house has two guest bedrooms, Wally and the Beave have to share.

I can't figure out where Mary Richards sleeps at all.
