Every week, Planetizen.com, a news aggregator for planning and development, publishes a "Friday Funny"--a Dilbert cartoon or something from the Onion, that sort of thing. Yesterday, the Friday Funny was the anticlimactic implosion of the old Raleigh civic center, as reported in the Independent Weekly.
