Paul and I watched the first half of last night's game at the Flying Burrito. In the booth behind me, a mother was explaining how the tournament works to her daughter, who looked to be about six: If you win you get to keep going, but if you lose, "you're over." The game started, and soon it looked like it might be all over for the Heels, but then they pulled ahead. "Now they're playing like our Tar Heels," beamed the mother.
