Sinus infection from Mars

The other day I saw a commercial for some kind of help for a sinus infection. It was illustrated by this cute little Archie McPhee character (which I have one of, a cherished gift). When he is miserable, his ears and eyes and mouth bug out. Then he gets all better. I know I've felt like that. But I can't remember the name of the drug.
